Can I do The Horse?

The Horse is designed primarily for women beginners-intermediate though the foundational blueprint of the program will allow any ability to achieve results. With three levels of difficulty and manipulation of progressions and variations of exercises alongside weight selection, anyone can achieve results! 

What is the training split? 

The Horse uses a full-body split. This allows volume of hitting each muscle three times a week which creates fast changes and transformation in the body as new motor pathways are being formed and mind-muscle connection established. Some rest days will be supplemented with cardio to support heart and cardiovascular health. This split is performed as follows: 

Monday - Full-body

Tuesday - Rest

Wednesday - Full-body

Thursday - Rest

Friday - Full-body

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - Rest

Will I train core?

Core is essential to the transferability of strength and plays an important role in posture and balance. The horse trains core with each of your full-body workouts, helping you shed fat and sculp that true aesthetic body. 

How long is The Horse?
