Can I do The Gorilla?

The Gorilla is designed for any ability level. With three levels of difficulty and manipulation of progressions and variations of exercises alongside weight selection, there is no limit to what you can achieve with the gorilla! 

What is the training split? 

The Gorilla adopts the Push/Pull/Legs split, allowing movement patterns utilising multiple muscles that work synergistically together. For instance, Training chest, shoulders and triceps together, all work the push movement and therefore not only work independently but also together as you perform exercises in this manner. This split is performed as follows: 

Monday - Push

Tuesday - Pull

Wednesday - Legs 

Thursday - Push 

Friday - Pull 

Saturday - Legs

Will I train core?

Core is exceptionally important in strength transferability through the body and the foundation of your physical prowess.
